Our New Active Slogan and Poster!

A big well done to Ava in Ms. Begley’s 2nd class on winning the Active School slogan competition with her very catchy slogan:

“Let’s get up, let’s go play, let’s stay active everyday!”

And congratulations to Ellie in Ms. Keegan’s Senior Infants on winning the Active School poster competition with her excellent drawing and colouring.

A special mention to Sam in Mr. O’Shaughnessy’s 1st class who wrote a beautiful poem about being active:

Let’s get fit, let’s not sit.

We can all do our bit.

Go for a walk and talk,

or you can hop, skip and run.

It doesn’t matter, as long as it’s fun!
