Science Week 2024

We really enjoyed science week last week!  We did so many great activities from using our outdoor classroom to learn about the world around us, going on a small creature hunt with Patrick Hunt in the garden to making towers with various edible materials including marshmallows and spaghetti!   We had a ‘fun’ scientist dress up day.  Here are some of the photos of the week’s activities….more to come!

 

We had a fantastic time celebrating STEM Week in school! We enjoyed exploring elements of science, technology, engineering and maths. We saw a science show delivered by Junior Einstein’s and had fun carrying out experiments in our classrooms. We explored engineering through Lego. We had fun learning coding with Bee Bots and we practiced lots of maths skills with Numicon. On Friday we dressed up as fun scientists. It was great!
